Typically, 2 weeks to a month prior to your tour, we’ll reach out to confirm the final details. You’ll receive an email with important information, including your guide's name, emergency contact details, pickup instructions, and more."
Your driver and/or guide will accompany you on an incredible journey. Throughout your adventure, your Travel Designer will stay in contact with your guide and driver to ensure everything runs smoothly and handle any last-minute changes. If most of an itinerary works but you’d like to make a few adjustments or add upgrades, we’re happy to customize it. If you simply want to enjoy the experience with your family and friends and prefer a private trip, we’ve got you covered. And if you’re unsure about what you want or need guidance, our expert Tour Designers are here to offer advice and help shape your ideal adventure.
As with most things, the sooner you book, the better. Many of our trips are reserved months in advance, with some being secured over six months ahead of time. While we may occasionally accommodate last-minute bookings especially during the low season (summer, January, February) or for simpler, more flexible tours availability is not always guaranteed. Booking early is especially important if you’re planning to travel during peak seasons, such as March, April, Easter, October, Christmas, and New Year.
Our custom tours are tailored from the ground up based on your specific needs. In smaller groups, fixed costs like transportation and guides are divided among fewer people, making the per-person price higher. For instance, a 2-person tour typically costs slightly less per person than a solo traveler but is not quite half the price. If you're budget-conscious, traveling alone, or in a small group (fewer than four people), joining one of our scheduled adventures with set departure dates might be a more cost-effective option. However, if you're looking for a fully customized or luxury experience, or if you're traveling with a larger group, a private tour may be the ideal choice
